Hair Maintenance/Tips
At CrownedbyRedd we are committed to ensuring that every customer is satisfied. Full satisfaction of our extensions can by achieved by the following hair care tips.
Disclaimer: If you detect any problems with your extensions please contact us immediately. If there are no problems with the hair within the first week, it can be assumed that the hair is fine. If problems arise after one weeks after delivery, the problem does not lie in the hair quality. However, please feel free to contact us and we will try to help you resolve your situation.
Pre Installation: Always wash the extension hair before installation. If there are any problems with the hair, you will be able to detect them at this time. While remaining in the original bundled state, hold hair and wash in vertical direction. Use lukewarm water and a sulfate free shampoo for each wash. Follow cleaning with a conditioner to replenish the moisture in the hair. (We recommend that you seal your weft after washing your extensions and allowing them to completely air dry.)
Installation of hair: All of our Virgin hair products have the cuticle intact therefore it is vital to follow these steps. Never cut any part of the top of the wefts. These wefts are hand-tied and delicate. If they are cut, then we cannot guarantee that they will not shed. Never sew through the top of the weft. Although every bundle is triple-reinforced, we recommend that you seal your wefts before installing. (Product recommendation for sealing wefts Fray Check.)

*There is a 24 hour turnaround after the install for: excessive shedding, matting, tangling. There is no refund but a credit for a new install with hair that you provide (the client). There is an option to preview the hair prior to installation. After a consultation there is no obligation to purchase.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
The service may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
