All purchases are typically shipped within 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. Please keep in mind no orders can be shipped on holidays. Due to payments being made and processed via PayPal, any payment made using Echeck will not be shipped until payment has been processed and cleared. This could add an additional 3-5 business days to the processing time. MCrownedbyRedd.will not be held responsible for any delays due to carrier, natural disasters or holidays.
Refunds & Exchanges
Each bundle of CrownedbyRedd undergoes a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best raw hair. CrownedbyRedd strives to ensure that each customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase. All orders made are final. All info provided at purchase should match shipping and billing before check out. Any used or opened hair can not be exchanged. Due to the nature of our items, any orders (processed, prepped, and/or shipped can not be refunded.
*There is a 24 hour turnaround after the install for: excessive shedding, matting, tangling. There is no refund but a credit for a new install with hair that you provide (the client). There is an option to preview the hair prior to installation. After a consultation there is no obligation to purchase.
